OK2GO

Revolutionizing Services: A New Municipal Connection System

In a project that sounds rather complicated on paper, OK2GO has managed to develop a new and unique system that connects municipal officials and municipal service providers - garbage truck drivers, garbage collection managers, etc. The system functions as a space where both parties communicate, update information about work providers, provide accurate schedules, and much more. In the course of work, we paid great attention to the design and development of a system that today allows its users to receive real-time accurate data, statistics, and important data on the work supply, track past and future events, easily and conveniently manage the current tasks of the municipality and much more.

The challenge

One of the most important things for us in the project was to understand how you can take such a large, heavy, and cumbersome amount of information and create a working interface for it with the most convenient and experimental design. It was important for us to create something that could be quickly sorted into all the details, and we knew that it would be important to emphasize the simplicity and comfort of work here so that everyone who uses the system could get along with it. The combination of working with a large amount of information, and finding a convenient way to organize this information, made the task difficult to solve.

The solution

Everything starts with product work, which in this case was very in-depth. We made order, defined the work goals, and only then did we set off. Later, we brought the system and the various designs to the consideration of possible end users, with the aim of understanding the various requirements and needs that the system would have to meet. In addition, we used a technology called "Angular", the main purpose of which is to load pages quickly, and create an easy and comfortable experience.

First we stabilize the system.

When we started working with OK2GO, in the first stage of the cooperation, we worked according to a project. Together with them we built small developments and worked on faults, all with the aim of establishing the project and closing open ends. This is how we actually managed to stabilize the system and adjust it for continuous work.

Focusing the work, and raising the level

In the second stage, we leveled up. OK2GO took the positions of developers, QA person, and project manager from us and we moved to work with them in a much tighter way, just as if we were part of their startup. We gave them updates on a daily basis, we arranged the various tasks for them in task software, we did very significant product work for them, we planned a roadmap for them three months ahead, and in addition, we helped them get the recruitment of the Innovation Authority. Before our eyes stood the ultimate goal, which is to make the system extremely convenient.

The future - to implement the system in cities throughout the country

Today, OK2GO is starting to implement the systems in municipalities across the country, along with a constant search for further improvements to the system. The benefit of the end users is the top priority, and the close support we provide to the company helps it achieve this goal. The various difficulties we overcome together, along with the maintenance of the various systems, establish OK2GO as a company with a future in a market that is developing at a dizzying pace.
