VIEW THE WEBSITETHE CHALLENGE
The main challenge was time. We needed to develop a massive system within six months, with intense sprints where everything was done in parallel, from product definition and UX/UI design to development. Additionally, as development concluded, it went straight to QA.
VIEW THE WEBSITETHE SOLUTION
We implemented sprint management rigorously, assigning developers to finish features alongside when Designer A completed a feature, and a QA person matched Developer B finishing the same feature. We developed using open-source code of Laravel and React, which have large communities and supported modules.

Stand out from the competition by adding our own value to the platform
Our workflow processes included research on brand strategy, marketing, project management, and user research. Additionally, we conducted competitor and trend research to understand relevant methodologies. We created a smart dashboard displaying scan statistics, revenues, inventory - all in a real-time updating interface. The ability to make personal adjustments for restaurants. We found that the platform could provide financial savings for restaurant owners.
VIEW THE WEBSITEDeep product specification
We defined business goals, product goals, gathered requirements and needs of restaurant owners and their customers. We built a list including EPICs, modules, and features. We prioritized our product types: MVP1, 2, and so forth.
VIEW THE WEBSITECreating simplicity out of complexity
The UX/UI process included breaking down the complexities existing in the various systems we needed to design. We created a proper information architecture to plan the system in a way that would be intuitive and easy to navigate for the non-technical audience. We put a significant focus on user-friendliness - we figured out which components would be used the most and turned them into ones that could be easily learned, we received feedback from customers coming from the restaurant world.

We set sprints in advance and constantly updated contents to track the team's progress and ensure adherence to timelines. We implemented integration and testing processes simultaneously - to avoid regressions, we merged the QA team into the development team, and each delivery completed development entered QA.
