Information Architecture

Definition:

Information architecture refers to the way content is arranged in a product to make it easily understandable. It involves both organizing the content we interact with, as well as constructing the structures we need for interaction, such as the website's navigation.

Information:

Information architecture (IA) is a research-driven process of structuring and organizing content inside a digital asset. Designers of digital interfaces (websites, computer programs, and mobile applications) use information architecture to determine how to organize all the information in a product so it makes sense to the customer. Information architecture aims to organize content so that users have an easy time learning, navigating, and adapting to a product. The information architecture considers how content is laid out on each page/screen, as well as the flow between screens and how users move between pages.
