Call to Action (CTA)

Definition:

A CTA is a specific component present on a website page that aims to guide its visitors towards a particular action.

Information:

A CTA can be presented as an image, text, or a clickable button. Often, they use phrases like “call us now” or “buy today.”A call to action tells website users to perform a specific action, such as to explore the website further, browse a particular portfolio, or complete a contact form. CTAs are crucial for two main reasons:
  • They are used to drive visitors into a page where they ultimately become a conversion.
  • They help boost one’s click-through rate.
