Mobile Web

There is no separate mobile web section or mobile web place. In fact, the mobile web is the act of going online via a mobile device.

The term mobile web generally refers to using the internet via mobile devices such as smartphones. With the introduction of wireless data access structures, smartphones and portable devices have increasingly been able to access the same "full" internet as laptop computers or desktops. There are some special challenges associated with mobile web access. One of them is standardization. The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) is working on establishing standards for mobile web access through its Mobile Web Initiative. Another major development barrier is the smaller display screen. Website designers have faced difficulties when it comes to adapting their web pages to look good both on the computer and on hand-held devices.
